The Evolve Sobriety team is comprised of a group of mental health professionals who recognized the need for comprehensive and personalized care for those struggling with behavioural health, mental health and substance abuse disorders.
EVOLVE specialists possess a deep understanding of the complexities of addiction & mental health disorders and work diligently to create tailored treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
Our team specializes in providing a range of services including assessments, psychotherapy and counseling, coaching and companions, comprehensive case management, and much more.
Each Evolve specialist is carefully selected. Complete bios of each team member/professional engaged in the case will be provided to client privately. In keeping with confidentiality & privacy for our clients, we have chosen not to showcase team members on our website.
